Arin has experience representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters. Arin has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 corporations. In Seattle, Arin worked with the law firm of McDonald & Quackenbush, P.S. and its merger partner, Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP and for technology companies such as Microsoft and Optiva.
Arin graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1997. While in law school Arin worked for U.S. District Court Judge William Dwyer in Seattle and Washington State Supreme Court Justice Phillip Talmadge. Arin also volunteered as a Mediator, worked on the law school's Admissions Committee, and received the Best Brief Award during the Faulknor Appellate Advocacy Competition. Arin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon where he graduated with honors from the International Studies and Political Science departments and received the Dean's Award for Service. Arin speaks Spanish.

Emily has experience representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters. Prior to establishing her own practice, Emily worked at Sebris Busto James, P.S., an employment law firm located in Bellevue, Washington and Williams, Kastner & Gibbs, PLLC, one of Seattle's largest law firms, where she represented clients including Microsoft, Intel, and Alaska Airlines. Emily also provided in-house employment relations advice for Hollywood Entertainment in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Emily graduated with honors from University of Washington School of Law in 1996 and received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Oregon State University. At the University of Washington, Emily received the Best Brief Award at the Faulknor Appellate Advocacy Competition. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award for Contracts.
